1.Introduction Welcome to SAS Luxury Cars (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website and services related to car rentals in the UAE (the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Definitions

  • User: Any individual or entity accessing our Platform.
  • Service Provider: Third-party companies providing car rental services through our Platform.
  • Booking: A confirmed reservation made through our Platform.
  • Vehicle: Any car rented through our Platform.

3. Nature of Services SAS Luxury Cars acts as an intermediary between Users and independent Service Providers offering car rental services. We do not own or operate any vehicles directly and are not responsible for the quality or safety of the rented vehicles.

By making a booking, you enter into a contractual agreement with the respective Service Provider, and all rental terms, including liability, damage, and cancellations, shall be governed by their policies.

4. User Responsibilities Users must provide accurate and complete information when booking a vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid driving license and comply with all UAE traffic laws.

Users must adhere to the terms set forth by the Service Provider, including but not limited to:

  • Returning the vehicle in the agreed condition.
  • Adhering to mileage limits and fuel policies.
  • Not allowing unauthorized individuals to drive the vehicle.
  • Not using the vehicle for illegal activities or reckless driving.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, fines, or additional charges imposed by the Service Provider.

5. Booking and Payments

  • Users must make payments through the methods provided on the Platform.
  • Prices displayed are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel refills, or damages.
  • All transactions are processed securely, and Users must retain a copy of their transaction records.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation policies vary by Service Provider. Users must review the specific provider’s cancellation terms before booking. In general:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the rental date may be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee of 10%.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental date may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows will result in the full booking amount being forfeited.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Limitations of Liability SAS Luxury Cars is not liable for:

  • Any damage, injury, or loss incurred during the rental period.
  • Any disputes between Users and Service Providers.
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or mechanical failures.
  • Currency exchange fluctuations affecting payment amounts.

Users acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for any incidents occurring during the rental period and will not hold SAS Luxury Cars accountable for damages or liabilities.

8. Insurance and Security Deposit

  • All vehicles rented through the Platform include basic insurance as per UAE regulations.
  • Users may be required to leave a security deposit, refundable upon the vehicle’s return in good condition.
  • Additional insurance coverage may be available at extra cost.

9. Prohibited Uses Users agree not to:

  • Use vehicles for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Allow unregistered drivers to operate the vehicle.
  • Engage in racing, drifting, or reckless driving.
  • Transport hazardous materials or substances.
  • Violate any local or national traffic laws.

Any breach of these conditions may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund and legal consequences.

10. Dispute Resolution In case of disputes, Users should first contact the Service Provider directly. If the issue remains unresolved, SAS Luxury Cars may assist in mediation but holds no responsibility for final resolutions.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in UAE courts.

11. Privacy Policy Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Platform, you consent to our data practices.

12. Termination of Access We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our Platform for Users who violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our services.
